Volunteer Clearance

Miami Arts Charter School offers a variety of opportunities for parents, family members, and community supporters to become involved in school activities and events. Volunteers play an important role in enhancing the educational experience of our students and supporting our school community.

To become eligible to volunteer, simply complete and submit the online **Volunteer Application**. Once your application has been approved, you may participate in the volunteer activity categories you selected during the application process.

Please note that **approval as a volunteer does not automatically assign you to a specific event or field trip**. Volunteer and chaperone assignments are made by the teacher, sponsor, or staff member responsible for each activity based on the needs of that event.

When completing your application, please ensure that your **full legal name** is entered exactly as it appears on your government-issued photo identification. You should also provide a **valid email address**, as it will be used to notify you of your application status and to communicate important information regarding the volunteer program.

All information submitted through the Volunteer Application is kept confidential and used solely for administering the Miami Arts Charter School Volunteer Program.
