Miami Arts Charter School is governed by Miami Arts, Inc. Board of Directors. The governing board is responsible for the legal and financial obligations of the school and establishes policies to further the vision and mission of the school. It seeks to ensure the school's programs and operations successfully align with the terms of the charter agreement.
