Every piece that competed this year earned a Superior Score!

This year, twelve of MAC's high school theatre students were selected to compete at the 2021 Thespian State Festival, which was held virtually this year because of the pandemic. We are thrilled to report that all twelve students earned Superior Awards for their pieces. One of them, Jamari Wright, went on to win the Top Honors for his Publicity Design, which is given to the student who earns the highest score in a category.

This is our first time since 2016 where every single piece that competed earned Superiors. That it happened during the pandemic is a real testament to their talent and hard work. Congratulations to all of our students for their hard work and success!
