Attendance Notice

While we work on getting the excuse note forms back online, parents are asked to email the Attendance Office (attendance@miamiartscharter.net with the following information:

• Student’s full name
• Student ID number
• Date(s) of absence

➡️ If the absence is three or more consecutive days, please attach a doctor’s note.

➡️ Please also include a photo ID of the parent/guardian submitting the excuse.
